倒“U”形气管黏膜软骨瓣在气管切开术中的应用(附132例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨气管切开的术式,以减少术后并发症的发生。方法回顾性分析1996年9月以来,在气管切开术中采用倒“U”形气管黏膜软骨瓣的经验。结果在应用此法132例中,68例置换气管套管,气管切开均较顺利,无严重并发症发生,未发生喉气管狭窄。结论倒“U”形瓣气管切开术操作简单,对气管及甲状腺损伤轻,可避免气管狭窄,气管套管置换方便,值得临床上推广使用。Objective To explore the technique of operation in tracheotomy for redncing post-operative complications. Methods The data of 132 cases of tracheotomy using inverted U shaped TMCF since Sept 1996 were analysed retrospectively. Results No single case of serious complication and laryngotracheal stenosis （LS） was found among 132 cases operated including 14 cases who replaced trachea cannula. Conclusion The skill is simple operation and little lesions to thyroid gland and tracheal. It is effective for minimizina serious complications of tracheotomy,
