摘　　要：在多属性决策问题中,由于易受人为因素的影响,所得权重值的客观性是确定权重的最基本的要求。但以往确定权重方法都在一定程度上受人为因素影响较大。在此介绍一种新的方法———语言判断矩阵方法,并运用该方法对防空作战中影响目标威胁度因素的权重进行了分析计算,其结果较为合理,且该方法与其他方法相比,在确定多属性决策的权重问题时受人的主观因素影响较小。In decision making of multi-attribute problems, the determining of weighted value has great effect on the result of decision. The objectivity is the basic requirement for weighted value determination. Traditional methods for determining the weighted value are subjected greatly to human factors. The authors introduced a new method, language estimation matrix, and applied it in analysis and calculation of weighted values for the factors which have effect on target threat level in air defense operation. The result is reasonable. Compared with the other method, this method is less subjected to human factors.
