摘 要:以硝酸锌和氢氧化钠为原料、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵为分散剂。采用温和水热法在100℃条件下,制备了蚋米棒状氧化锌。通过XRD物相分析可知,合成ZnO纳米粒子的物相均是六方晶系纤锌矿结构;TEM形貌观察,粒子基拳为棒状,纳米棒状ZnO的平均直径约为30-40nm、长度约60-70nm。水溶液中次甲基蓝染料在棒状纳米ZnO光催化下、pH为8.0时,能迅速分解。在降解90min时,次甲基蓝的降解率达到100%。Nanometer-sized rods ZnO was prepored at 100℃ by hydrothermal method. Zinc nitrate and sodium hydroxide were used as raw material ,dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride was used as dissolvent. The phase was wurtize analyzed by XRD, and the structure of ZnO crystal was hexagonal. The particle figure was rods, and the even diameter of the nanometer-sized rods ZnO was about 30-40 nm and its length was'about 60-70 nm analyzed by TEM. Methylene blue could be rapidly degraded in water solution by the photocatalysis of nanometer-sized rods ZnO. When the solution pH is 8. 0 and after degraded 90 min,the MB degraded rate could reach 100%.
