摘　　要：根据大学生就业市场的现状,分析了大学生择业过程中的心理问题,并阐述了改善、疏导的方法,以促进毕业生就业指导工作。According to the present situation of college students employment market, made in the paper is an analysis of college students psychological problems in the process of looking for jobs as well as some strategies of improvement and enlightenment so as to promote the instruction work of graduates employment.
