摘 要:SiC 层是高温气冷堆包覆燃料颗粒复合包覆层的关键组元,其物理机械性能对高温气冷堆的安全特性有重要影响。SiC 层的强度具有统计分布的性质,受材料性质、试件尺寸形状和受力状态的影响。SiC 构件的设计许用应力决定于 SiC 强度分布特性和允许破损率。本文介绍用压环法测定的强度值计算球形 SiC 壳层应力的方法,并以五种不同强度分布特性的 SiC 为例,计算出在不同允许破损率下的许用应力。SiC later is the key component of the composite coating of high temperaturegas-cooled re- actor(HTR)coated fuel particles.The composite coating layer acts as a miniature pressure vessel which prevents the radioactive fission products from releasing into the first loop of the reactor and from there into the environment to injure the staff and the public.The safety char- acteristic and the perfromance of HTR is strongly affected by the strength of SiC coating layer. The strength of SiC coating layer shows strong statistical characteristic,its measured valure not only depends on the material property but is also affected by the size of the specimen and the strss state.The strength of SiC deposited at different temperatures was measured by brittle ring test,Weibull statistic is used to transform the measured value into the working stress of spheri- cal coating shell,which undergoes inner pressure induced by gas fission products,at different design failure rates.
