摘 要:用TEM观察600℃下氦离子辐照316L不锈钢中氦泡的形态及分布,发现氦浓度比较低时,氦泡优先在位错线上形成;随着氦浓度的增大,氦泡在基体中均匀分布.在晶粒内及品界处,氦泡都呈多面体形状,观察的晶界处不存在氦泡的优先生长现象.根据定量测得的氦泡直径和数密度的值,按“流体模型”描述的状态方程,计算处于可见氦泡中的氦浓度的深度分布,发现处于可见氦泡中的氦浓度分布相对于注入的氦浓度(TRIM计算)分布向表面方向发生位移.注入的氦基本上都处于可见氦泡之中.Helium bubbles in 316L stainless steel irradiated with He+at 600℃ were investigated with TEM. Helium bubbles are formed preferentially at dislocation lines where helium concentration is low. As helium concentration increases, bubbles distribute homogeneously in the matrix. Bubbles are faceted both on grain boundary and in matrix, but bubble do not grow preferentially on the investigated grain boundary. Helium bubbles' size and density were measured along the penetrating depth. With the help of u fluid mode', helium depth distribution in visible bubbles were calculated with the measured bubble size and density. It is found that the depth distribution of helium in visible bubbles shifts to the surface as compared with the helium concentration calculated with TRIM code. Implanted helium is mostly confined to the visible bubbles.
