摘 要:利用穆斯堡尔谱的射频场效应分析比较了非晶铁基合金晶化得到的纳米微晶合金和非晶合金、退火不足或退火过度合金的射频场穆斯堡尔谱,发现前者同时具有零磁致伸缩系数和极小的磁各向异性,而后三者都达不到,这被认为是纳米微晶合金的软磁性能优异的内在原因.The magnetostriction and magnetic anisotropy of a FeCuNbMoSiB alloy sample have been simultaneously studied from its Mossbauer spectrum in radio frequency field. The appropriately annealed nanocrystalline alloy with a crystallinity of about 60% and the average diameter of microcrystalline grain in the range of 10-20urn is found to have optimum soft magnetic performance,i.e.its magnetostriction coefficient is descended to zero and magnetic anisotropy comes to minimum simultaneously.In contrast to this,if an amorphous sample is annealed not enough or excessively,the fine soft magnetic performance will be lost because both the above-mentioned conditions can not be realized simultaneously.
