摘 要:Lyocell纤维具有优良的物理机械性能,其面料在手感和外观等方面的多功能性使其开发应用前景非常广阔.采用转杯纺纱技术加工Lyocell纤维纱,通过二次通用旋转组合设计安排试验方案,经过各方案的试纺, 建立了转杯速度、分梳辊速度、捻系数等转杯纺主要工艺参数与成纱质量之间的数学模型,采用MAT- LAB7.0软件,绘制三维立体曲面图,探讨了主要工艺参数与成纱质量关系,为合理选择工艺参数,提高 Lyocell转杯纱的成纱质量提供了参考.Lyoeell is a kind of excellence mechanical function fiber, which shows promise for the fields of exploitation and application because of the fabric multi-function on handing and appearance etc. The yarn of Lyocell fibre is processed by rotor spinning, its experiment project is designed by the combination design method with current and revolving capability for two times function. Through experiments, the mathematical models are established for the relationship between combing roller speeds, rotor speeds , twist factors and yarn quality. The curve diagrams of three dimensions are drawed by MATLAB7.0 software, the relationship between processing parameter and yarn quality is researched. Reasonable choice for technical parameters of rotor spinning is provided to increase the quality of rotor spun yarn of Lyocell fibre.
