摘　　要：从我国会计人员管理的历史和现状入手,阐述多元经济体制下会计人员管理面临的问题,剖析我国现行会计管理模式存在的不足,提出了“让会计回归单位,财政加强宏观监管”的新思路及相关对策。The problems and inefficiency in accounting personnel management in Chinese multi-phase economic system are elaborated after an analysis of the history and current situations in accounting personnel management in China. New countermeasures such as ＇returning the accounting to the units＇ and ＇strengthening macroscopic supervision in finance＇ are proposed.
