摘  要:目的检测煤工尘肺血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平,了解这些细胞因子在煤工尘肺发生和发展中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA),对54例煤工尘肺患者和36例健康对照组的TNF-α、sIL-2R、IL-6和IL-8 4种细胞因子含量进行检测。结果患者血清TNF-α显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01),并随期别增加而明显下降;sIL-2R、IL-6和IL-8均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),并随期别增加而明显上升。结论煤工尘肺免疫损伤的原因可能为体内细胞因子(CK)网络紊乱所致。ObJective Investigating the relationship between the changes of sIL-2R, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 levels of the patients with coal worker's pneumoconiosis and occurrence or development of the disease.Method levels of TNF-α, sIL-2R, IL-6 and IL-8 in serum wore measured in 54 patients with coal worker's pneumoconiosis and 36 healthy controls by ELISA test. Result The results showed that the levels of sIL-2R, IL-6 and IL-8 in serum of patients with coal worker's pneumoconiosis were increased ( P 〈 0.01), but the levels of TNF-α was decreased ( P 〈 0.01) in comparison with those of the eontrol.Conclusion The causes of immune injurious to the patients with coal worker's pneumoconiosis wore associated with the apparent disturbance of the regulation networks of cytokines systems.
