摘 要:研究了两个品种小麦线粒体(抗冻的东方红3号和不抗冻的丰强3号)酸性磷酸酶自膜解离和脂质过氧化对-15℃低温的反应,以及Na^+的可能作用。结果表明,-15℃低温促进了酸性磷酸酶自膜的解离,Na^+的促进作用更明显。-15℃低温和NaCl不能引起膜脂过氧化。酸性磷酸酶的解离在品种间以及幼苗培养温度间存在差异。试验提供了零下低温影响膜上脂质与蛋白质相互关系的证据。In this experiment, the effect of low temperature below 0°C ( - 15℃) on freedom of the acid phosphatase and membrane-lipid peroxidation of isolated mitochondria from etiolated wheat seedlings [Triticum aestivum L. cv Dongfanghong No.3 (freezing-resistant) and Fengqiang No.3 (freezingsensitivity)], and probable effect of Na+ were studied. The results indicate that freedom of the acid phosphatase is promoted by -15℃ temperature treatment, and its effect of Na+ is even more significant. Treatment with -15℃ temperature and NaCl didn't impact mitochondrial membrane-lipid peroxidation. Differences in freedom of the acid phosphatase were observed between sensitive and resistant cultivars for 2 grown temperature (grown at 25℃ for 5 days and at 2℃ for 35 days)after -15℃ treatment. It suggests that freezing stress has probablity of secondary salt stress, - 15℃ temperature and NaCl on freedom of the acid phosphatase from mitochondrial exomembrane has no impact on membrane-lipid peroxidation.The experimental result provides an evidence that lipid-protein interactions in biomembrane are affected by low temperature below 0℃.
