BALB/c裸小鼠心、肝、肺脏8种矿物质元素含量的研究

摘　　要：目的对SPF级BALB/c裸小鼠心、肝、肺脏矿物质元素含量的研究。方法采用电感偶合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定BALB/c裸小鼠纯合子(nu/nu)的心、肝、肺等脏器矿物质元素Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca、Mg、Mn、P、S的含量。结果BALB/c裸小鼠心、肝、肺脏器矿物质元素Zn、Mg、Mn、P、S含量雌、雄之间比较差异具有显著性,心、肝、肺等脏器矿物质元素Zn、Cu、Ca、Mg、Mn、P、S含量比较差异具有显著性,BALB/c雌、雄裸小鼠心、肝、肺等脏器矿物质元素含量排列顺序一致。结论矿物质元素在BALB/c裸小鼠心、肝、肺脏的分布呈现出一定的规律,性别对裸小鼠心、肝、肺脏的某些元素含量存在一定的影响。Objective To study the content of 8 mineral elements in the heart, liver and lungs of SPF BALB/c nude mice. Methods The contents of Zn, Cu, Fe, Ca, Mg, Mn, P, S in the heart, liver and lungs of BALB/c nude mice homozygotes（nu/nu） were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry （ ICP-AES）. Results There were significant differences in the contents of Zn, Mg, Mn, P, S in the heart, liver and lung between male and female BALB/c nude mice. There were also significant differences in the contents of Zn, Cu, Ca, Mg, Mn, P, S in the three organs. The sequence of mineral element content in the heart, liver and lungs in male and female BALB/c nude mice was uniform. Conclusion The distribution of mineral elements in the heart, liver and lungs of BALB/c nude mice shows some regularities. The contents of some elements in the heart, liver and lungs of BALB/c nude mice are to certain extent affected by gender.
