摘　　要：研究目的:提出合理确定征地补偿标准的计算方法。研究方法:综合分析法和土地价格评估法。研究结果:中国征地补偿标准可以根据失地农民土地财产权益的实际损失和政府出让土地价格对于土地征用补偿的支付能力分别进行计算,区分土地财产权和农民公民权对失地农民进行补偿具有可行性。The purpose of the study is to put forward a rational calculation method of the compensation standard of land expropriation. Method of comprehensive analysis and land price appraisal were employed. The results show the compensation standard should be determined by considering the actual loss of land property rights of farmers, the land remise price and payment capability of the governments. It is feasible to distinguish the land property rights and civil right of the farmers .
