第三方物流企业为连锁业实施配送的发展模式分析

摘　　要：本文通过对我国第三方物流企业为连锁企业提供配送服务的现有运作模式分析,找出目前为连锁企业提供第三方物流配送服务的运作过程中所存在的问题,最后指出其今后的发展模式是趋向于从供应链角度整合有效的资源组建第三方物流战略联盟运作模式,为连锁企业提供高效、低成本、专业化、一体化的物流配送服务。This paper studies the eurrent state and points out the existent problems in the development of TPL by analyzing the running-model of TPL in the chain-store logistics in China,and puts forward that the future developing trend is tend to the TPL union model that is leagued by integrating all usable resources by dint of the theory of the supply chain,aiming at giving distribution service better.
