东北现代物流业软环境的指标体系构建及其发展对策研究

摘　　要：本文总结了软环境研究的现状,结合现代物流业的特点,构建了东北经济区发展现代物流业软环境评价指标体系,并运用AHP通过专家打分,将东北经济区发展现代物流业的软环境与长三角和珠三角地区进行比较,并针对东北经济区存在的差距,提出改善和发展东北经济区现代物流业软环境的对策。旨在促进东北经济区现代物流业的健康持续发展。In this article,the author concludes the current research on the soft environment,and combines the character istics of the modern logistics to frame an index system for evalutation.Then apply AHP to the base of experts＇ judgmnent and compare the soft environment of northeast of China with that of Yangzi River Delta and Zhujiang River Delta.The author finds out the gap of morthesat of China and provides the countermeasures and suggestions for improving and developing the soft environment for medern logistics industry of northeast of China.
