摘　　要：标本检验过程的信息化是临床实验室信息系统的核心功能。对标本检验前(申请、收费、采样、核收)、检验中(质控、分析前处理、分析过程、分析后处理)、检验后(审核、报告单要求、查询)提出基本功能需求的标准化建议,来促进临床实验室信息系统的发展。Informatization of specimen examination procedure is the core function of clinical laboratory information system. A standardization recommendation of basis function requirements is put forward, in which such three phases are involved as the ones of pre-examination, examination and post-examination. The items in pro-examination phase include order, charge, sampling and receipt. The items of examination phase consist of quality control, pre-analysis processing, analysis and postanalysis processing. The items of post-examination phase cover verification, report format and query. The recommendation is beneficial to the development clinical laboratory information system.
