摘　　要：氮化铝（AlN）是非氧化性高功能陶瓷材料,具有许多优异的物理化学性质,日益被人们所重视。本文对AlN的应用和制备作了评述,介绍了为提高纯度在合成AlN路线方面的研究进展,综述了制备AlN的最新研究成果。Aluminum nitride, the material of non-oxidative high preformance ceramics, is receiving increasing attention due to its physical and chemical advantageous properties. This article expounds the application and preparation of aluminum nitride and covers the researching progress in synthesis routes of aluminum nitride of high purity. The latest success in this respect were reviewed.
