浅谈工具书阅览室的管理与利用

摘　　要：讨论了工具书阅览室如何营造优雅舒适的阅览环境和和谐亲切的人文环境,指出工具书要用科学适用的排架方法,要通过设置标示牌和书型类目标识盒、设置书目查询系统、编制馆藏工具书应用指南等方法加强对工具书阅览室的管理。文章最后指出,工具书阅览室工作人员要认真做好读者参考咨询和查检辅导工作。This paper has discussed ways to build a comfortable and elegant reading environment as well as a harmonious humanity environment for reference books in the reading room, pointed out that reference books in a library should be shelved in a scientific and applicable manner, set up designation cards, classification boxes and a bibliographic inquiry system, worked out a guide to the books, so as to strengthen the management of those rooms. The paper has pointed out that librarians in charge of the reading rooms should conscientiously do the work of the reading rooms for the reference readers.
