摘　　要：在表单咨询里增加邮件通知的功能,把读者的问题和咨询馆员的解答第一时间通过电子邮件发送出去,提高处理咨询的效率。It is essential to add E-mail Message function in the form reference system, send out the question of the reader and the answer of librarian in the first time. In so doing, it can improve the efficiency of reference system by a big margin.
