摘　　要：图书馆的命运直接关系到每一个图书馆员的命运。怎样面对数字时代图书馆面临的挑战,馆员决不能认为是领导或他人的事,而应该对图书馆以及自己做深层次的思考。The destiny of a library is directly related to every librarian. In order to face the challenge to libraries in the digital age, a librarian should never think that it is the matter of the leaders and other people, but should have deep-layer thinking of the library.
