摘　　要：新的环境带来新的机遇也带来了新的挑战,网络环境为图书馆的编目工作带来了便利也带来了冲击,传统的编目工作发生了很大的变化。我们要抓住机遇,迎接挑战,始终本着“为读者服务”的宗旨,适时改变工作重点,以不变应万变。New environment has brought the new opportunity as well as new challenges. Network environment has brought convenience in library cataloging as well as impact. Traditional cataloging work has had great changes. It is essential to hold the opportunity, meet the challenge, insist on the theme of ＂serving the readers＂ and changes work focus so as to cope with shifting events by sticking to a fundamental principle.
