草莓脱毒种苗快繁节本关键技术研究

摘　　要：继代培养基中BA浓度0.1mg/L和0.6mg/L的交替使用、继代周期为30天能提高不定芽的增殖率;高效生根培养基为1/4MS+1.5%食用糖;食用糖、自来水替代蔗糖、蒸馏水,以及培养基回收等技术降低了生产成本70%。The results indicated that the BA concentration alternated with 0.1 mg/L and 0.6 mg/L every month on the proliferation medium can improve proliferation frequency. The rooting medium was 1/4 MS＋1.5% granulate sugar. Granulate and tap water replace sucrose and distilled water on medium, medium reused technique can reduce 70 percent cost.
