摘　　要：近几年，山西电力通信得到了快速的发展，文章从网络结构和技术特点方面入手，对山西电力通信的传输网、支撑网、业务网进行了综合性的阐述。其中传输网方面论述了省主干光纤网的光缆网架及传输设备的三层结构；支撑网方面论述省主干通信网的数字同步与综合监控系统的结构和技术特点；业务网方面论述综合数据网的结构层次和技术特点，以及变电站视频监控系统、NGN网络的系统构成及相关技术。The electric power communications in Shanxi province has achieved fast development in recent years. This paper summarizes the network structure and technical characteristics of transmission network, supporting systems, and service networks for the Shanxi Electric Pow- er, introduces the provincial backbone optical fiber network and three-layer transmission facilities, the digital synchronization system and the integrated supervision and control system for supporting network operation, the hierarchy and features of integrated data service network, the video supervision system for substations, and the application development of next generation network （NGN） technology.
