摘　　要：“十五”期间，山西电力通信网建设完成了跨越式的发展，取得了显著的成果。文章介绍了山西电力“十五”期间通信网建设的成就，针对山西电力主干光纤网在现有220kV线路OPGW光缆为主的基础上为何还要完善500kV线路OPGW光缆，建设DWDM光纤网，各市组建SDH／2．5G光纤通信网的情况，为什么要组建全省NGN等问题，结舍“十一五”规划纲要编制总体思路，作了较为详细的解读。During the Tenth Five-year period, the electric power communication network in Shanxi province has achieved fast development with leaps and bounds. This article reviews the achievements of network construction in the Tenth Five-year period, explains the key issues in making the Eleventh Five-year Plan, such as the reasons for completing the OPGW infrastructure on 500 kV power transmission lines, for building the DWDM network, for constructing 2.5 Gbit/s SDH networks in each cities, and for establishing the next generation network （NGN） allover the Shanxi province.
