摘　　要：基于数据网的下一代网络是可以提供包括语音、数据和多媒体等各种业务的开放的网络构架．是信息通信网络发展的必然趋势。文章结合山西电力通信网络及办公自动化系统的情况，分析了山西电网建设下一代网络的必要性和可行性，提出了基于软交换的有关组网方案和网络配置，介绍了软交换解决方案的特点，最后从先进性、运行管理及网络安全可靠方面说明了软交换技术的优越性。Next generation network based on data network is an open network framework which can provide all kinds of services such as voice, data and multimedia, and represents the future trend of information communication network. The paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of building the next generation network for Shanxi electric power company, presents relevant schemes for network construction and configuration which are based on soft switching, introduces the characteristics of the soft switching solution, and explains the advantages of soft switching technology.
