摘　　要：随着通信技术的广泛应用，社会的各个部门对通信的系统依赖性日益增加。文章论证了电力系统建设时间同步网的必要性，提出网同步才是真正的同步。结合山西电力已建设的数字同步网及数据通信网，提出了利用已建的同步时钟系统实现全省各变电站时间同步的初步解决方案，最终达到真正的同步，以保证电网可靠运行。As the communication technology has been widely used, dependence on communication systems has been increasing gradually for the whole society. The article explained the necessity of the time synchronization network for the electrical power system, proposed only net- work synchronization is the true synchronization. According to the existing digital synchronization network of Shanxi electric power and the data communication network, the author proposed a preliminary solution to use the constructed synchronization time system to realize time synchronization for the transformer substations of the entire province, finally to achieve true synchronization, and to guarantee reliable operation of the electric network.
