忻州电力通信系统建设行政交换网的设想

摘　　要：随着电力通信发展步伐的日益加快，地区供电企业面临着如何在现有电力通信网络的基础上，进行科学、有效、经济的网络升级和改造。文章以忻州电力通信系统建设行政交换网的设想为例，首先介绍了忻州电网通信的发展历程及现状，并就本地行政电话交换的状况进行了调查，说明忻州地区电力通信基本具备了建设行政交换网2M组网的条件，最后提出了地区交换网2M组网的实施方案及通信网业务继续拓展的设想。Along with the quickly development in electric power communication, regional power supply enterprise are facing the problems of how to scientifically, effectively and economically upgrade and transform the existing electric communication network. Using the administration exchanger network construction imagination as the example, firstly development course and current situation of communication network in Xinzhou electricity system are introduced in this paper, and local administrative phone exchanger state are investigated. The results shows that the regional electric communication is also adequate to build the administration exchanger network, and finally the imagination of building a administration exchanger network and its implementation scheme are proposed.
