摘　　要：数字程控交换系统作为电力通信网络的中枢节点在目前的通信网络中仍然发挥着不可替代的作用，文章针对晋城供电公司根据通信现状和用户需求，提出了采用C＆C08B交换机与Harris20-20LH交换机并列运行方式组建晋城程控交换系统网络，达到了地调和各县局用户进行各种业务互不影响的需求，基本实现了全网的统一出口、统一计费、统一管理，大大提高通信网的可靠性和先进性。Digital program controlled switching systems, which are used as the main center point in electric power communication network, are still played an irreplaceable role in the present communication network. According to the present situation in Jincheng electric power company and the user demand, using the C＆C08B switchboard and the Harris 20-20LH switchboard in parallel way to set up a program controlled switching system network in Jinchcng is proposed, and the demand on each kind of service unaffected mutually in city control center and county bureau is achieved, and the output, cost measuring and management in uniform in entire network are realized. The reliability and technical advance in communications network are greatly enhanced.
