阳泉农网营业站通信解决方案的探讨

摘　　要：随着农网改造，各级营业站划归各县区支公司管辖，这些营业站均无电力专用通信网。文章就阳泉地区农村电网各营业站点的电力专用通信网建设问题进行讨论，结合当前通信技术发展的趋势，利用光纤通信这一稳定可靠的通信手段，在充分利用现有通信资源的基础上，详细阐述了利用VoIP模式和传统PDH＋PCM方式的优缺点。针对营业站各种通信业务需求的特点，结合阳泉地区实际情况提出了解决方案，以便在今后的农网建设中能提供参考。With the development of the agriculture electric grid, all business stations are under control by the branch company. These business stations do not have electric gird exclusive communication network. This paper discusses the construction of the business station communication network for the Yangquan area. Considering the development of the communication technology and the existing communication resources, optical communication is chosen as the stable communication method. This paper also introduces the pros and cons of making use of VoIP mode in comparison with traditional PDH ＋ PCM mode. According to the characters of business need of the business stations and the situation of Yangquan area, a solution is proposed to supply reference for the future agriculture gird construction.
