摘　　要：本文从理论和实践的结合上就板坯连铸二冷水的计算和动态控制提出了符合科学规律的基本观点,得出生产中不能用实测板坯温度进行反馈控制,完整的二冷水控制系统需和结晶器冷却水、振动参数相结合的结论。Combined the theory with production practice, the basic opinions on computation and dynamic control of secondary cooling water are put forward in this paper. That is to say, the measured temperature of the slab cannot be used for feed-back control and a perfect control system of secondary cooling water should take into considerations of the cooling water parameters and oscillation parameters of the mould.
