摘 要:提出了一种基于模式识别及专家系统技术的智能控制器,首先通过对由被控制变量误差、误差一阶导数及误差二阶导数构成的相空间分析,提出了特征稳定于空间概念,然后通过对被控对象的各种运动模式的分类,分别采用不同的控制算法加以处理。该智能控制器能很好的控制各种对象,包括常规PID较难处理的非最小相位系统等,仿真结果及在实际工业对象上的应用均证明了这一点。A new type of intelligent controller based on pattern recognition and expert system isproposed in this paper. First, a phase space is constituted from error, first order derivationof error, second order derivation of controlled variable, with the concept of feature stablesubspace is introduced, certain patterns exhibited in moving error point of controlled variablein phase space are analyzed, certain control strategies are applied accordingly. The controllerpresented here is capable of handling many kind of syctems, including non-minimum phasesystem which is very difficult for conventional PID controller to handle with, shown both bynumerical simulation and applications on large scale industrial process.
