摘 要:为提高直馏汽油的辛烷值,以Fe,Zn的氧化物为活性组分,ZSM-5沸石为载体制备了直馏汽油催化改质催化剂;考察了分子筛的不同硅铝摩尔比、不同的活性组分、活性组分质量分数、活性组分引入方式及反应条件等因素对催化剂性能的影响.实验结果表明:以硅铝摩尔比为50的ZSM-5分子筛为载体,以Fe2O3为活性组分、ZnO为助剂所制备的催化剂,在常压、320℃的条件下对直溜汽油进行催化改质,可使产物辛烷值(RON)提高32以上,且催化剂具有较好的活性、稳定性.The paper presents preparations and properties of catalysts for improving quality of straight-run gasoline.Catalysts were made of ZSM-5 zeolite on which ferric oxide,zinc oxide were loaded.Effects of different active component,SiO_2/Al_2O_3 mole ratio of ZSM-5 zeolite,content of active component,method of adding active component and reaction conditions on catalysts were respectively investigated.The results show that the Catalyst made of ZSM-5 zeolite(n(Si)/n(Al) = 50) modified by zinc oxide on which ferric oxide was loaded was used for improving strait-run gasoline under 320 ℃ and in common pressure,RON of gasoline product was increased by 32 units and liquid yield was over 80%.Moreover,the catalyst has good active stability.
