摘 要:介绍了通过树脂吸附季戊四醇二次母液中有机物进一步分离季戊四醇及甲酸钠的方法,提高了季戊四醇和甲酸钠的回收率。脱除有机物后可得到较高纯度的甲酸钠,多余的有机物回到季戊四醇主系统中;甲酸钠由合格品提高到一级品;甲醇经浓缩精制后循环使用,回收率98.02%。年增效益178万元(税前),具有显著的经济、社会和环境效益。A method is introduced to adsorb organics in the pentaerythritol second mother liquid through resin, to further separate pentaerythritol and sodium formate, thus raising the recovery of pentaerythritol and sodium formate. Sodium formate in higher purity can be gained after the organics are removed, the remaining organics are recycled into the main pentaerythritol system formic acid is improved from qualified degree to the first degree. Methanol is recycled through concentration and refination, the recovery reaches 98.02%. Annual benefit is 1780 thousand yuan(before the tax). This method has obvious economic, social and environmental benefits.
