摘 要:阐述了复混肥结块的3大机理,影响结块的主要因素及作用原理,分析了防结块的方法,其中最常用的方法是向复混肥中添加防结块剂。分析了防结块剂的作用机理、主要类型、添加方式及防结块性能的评价方式。评述了国内外防结块剂的发展状况,并讨论了复混肥防结块剂及防结块技术的研究方向和发展趋势。There always exists severe caking in high concentration compound fertilizers, which brings lots of inconvenience to storage and transportation. In this paper, the caking mechanisms and relevant influential factors resulting in agglomeration in compound fertilizers have been expatiated. The methods of anti-caking, in which the most popular one is to add anti-caking agents to compound fertilizers, were reviewed. The main anti-caking agents and related research results, such as their application principles, the main categories, and the addition and evaluation methods for anti-caking agent have been remarked.The development trends of anti-caking agents at home and abroad have been discussed.
