摘　　要：以多年生栀子为材料,观察其在自然降温过程中叶绿体的变化情况。结果表明,低温过程中栀子叶片细胞叶绿体发生适应性变化,其形态变化可以作为细胞水平上评价栀子抗寒性的重要指标。To take the perennial Gardenia jasminoides Ellis as the material and observe its chloroplast change as nature temperature felling, the result indicated the chloroplast of leaves cell happened to suitable change in the process of felling temperature, its morphologic change could be as the important targets to estimate cold resistance of the Gardeniajasminoides Ellis at cellular level.
