摘　　要：目的:探讨黄虎解热袋泡剂对小儿急性上呼吸道感染的作用机制,研究其提高机体免疫力的作用效果。方法:采用小鼠炭粒廓清法进行动物实验研究。利用微粒状异物静脉注入小鼠血液循环,迅速被单核巨嗜细胞清除,测定血中异物的清除速度来反映单核吞噬细胞的吞噬功能的原理。结果:黄虎解热袋泡剂能增强小鼠单核吞噬细胞的吞噬功能。结论:黄虎解热袋泡剂能够增强机体的免疫力。Objective： To investigate the effective mechanism of Huanghu relieving fever granules on infantile acute upper respiratory infection, to study its effect on improving the organism immunity. Method： the animal experience was made with the rat carbo clearance method. To inject the microne corpus alienum into rats＇blood circulation, it would be cleared by mononuclear cell quickly. That determination of the clearance speed for corpus alienum reflected the phagotrophy function of mononuclear phagocyte. Result： Huanghu relieving fever granules could strengthen the phagotrophy function of rat＇mononuclear phagocyte. Conclusion： Huanghu relieving fever granules can strengthen the organism immunity.
