摘　　要：文章结合肺呼吸运动的机理、生物氧化与磷酸化以及ATP的形成、ATP的生理功能,通过肺—呼吸—氧—生物氧化与磷酸化—ATP的完整有机链,揭示肺主一身之气的一个重要的西医学本质是:肺的功能活动与ATP形成有密切联系,通过ATP,影响肌肉活动以及全身脏腑、组织的功能活动。Combination of the mechanism of lung respiratory movement, biological oxidation and phosphorylation, ATP formation and its physiologic function, through analyzing the integrated organism chain of lung - respiration - biological oxidation - phospho- rylation - ATP; this paper revealed an important western medicine essence that lung is concerned with Qi of the whole body： the functional activity of lung is intimately related with the formation of ATP, it affects the activity of muscle, over body entrails and tissue by ATP.
