摘　　要：文章回顾了近年来人工诱导多倍体的原理和方法,包括物理方法、生物学方法和化学方法;总结了药用植物人工诱导多倍体的研究进展并展望了其发展趋势;重点强调了药用植物多倍体育种应该注意的几个关键问题,包括诱导材料的选择,倍体的鉴定,以及有效成分的测定。The paper reviewed the principle and methods for artificial induction multiploid in recent years, including physic method, biologic method, chemical method; summarized the research progress in artificial induction multiploid of medical plants and prospected its development current; emphasized a few key problems, which should be pay attention in polyploid breeding of medical plants ; including the selection of inducement material, identification of ploid and determination of active components.
