摘　　要：目的探讨经鼻内镜治疗蝶、筛窦囊肿的方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析该科2000年1月～2004年6月收治的蝶、筛窦囊肿病例中经鼻内镜治疗的21例患者的资料。结果术后所有患者症状均有明显改善,随访6个月～4a,未见复发者。结论经鼻内镜治疗蝶、筛窦囊肿具有视野清晰、损伤小、面部不遗留瘢痕的优点,疗效可靠。[Objective] To explore the curative effect of transnasal endoscope in the treatment of sphenoidal and ethmoidal cysts. [Methods] 21 cases with sphenoidal and ethmoidal cysts, treated endoscopically, were collected and analysed retrospectively. [Results] Complains of all patients were significantly relieved. During the period of follow-up, 6 months to 4 years, no patient had recured. [Conclusions] Transnasal endoscopic resection of sphenoidal and ethmoidical cysts had good curative effect.
