摘　　要：目的了解护理干预对精神分裂症患者社会支持的影响,探索帮助精神分裂症患者提高社会支持的护理方法。方法将96例精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组和对照组,对干预组患者进行出院后为期1年共9次的护理干预,用社会支持评定量表对96例精神分裂症患者进行干预前后的测定。结果干预组的患者社会支持明显优于对照组,尤其是社会支持的利用度显著提高。结论护理干预对提高精神分裂症患者的社会支持有一定的促进作用,有条件的地区应提倡护士走进社区,使护士成为精神疾病全程康复的干预者。Objective To understand the influence of nursing intervention on social support for the schizophrenia patients, and to search for nursing method with more social support for the patients. Methods 96 patients are divided into two groups： one group with nursing intervention and group two without nursing intervention. The patients of the group 1 were provided nursing intervention 9 times in a year. Results The statistic shows that the social support for the patients of the group 1 is obviously more than the Group two. Conclusions It shows that the nursing intervention can promote social support for the schizophrenia patients and the nurses should be encouraged to come into the community and to intervene in the whole recovery process of the schizophrenia patients.
