摘　　要：目的:分析导管介入治疗后的周围血管并发症的发生率、原因和处理方法。方法:对400例接受导管介入治疗患者的资料进行分析。结果:29例(7.25%)患者发生周围血管并发症,其中穿刺部位血肿14例(3.5%),外出血12例(3%),动静脉瘘1例(0.25%),下肢静脉栓塞2例(0.5%)。结论:导管介入治疗后周围血管并发症发生率较高,经内科处理后预后良好。Objective： To understand the incidence,cause and management of peripheral vascular complication after catheter interventional. Methods： The data of 400 cases with peripheral vascular complication after catheter interventional therapy were reviewed. Results： 29 patients （7.25 % ） had peripheral vascular complications including punctured hemorrhage （ 14 cases, 3.5% ）, external hemorrhage （ 12 cases, 3% ）, artery - Venous fistula （ 1 case, 0.25% ） and lower limb vein embolism （2 cases, 0.5 % ）. Conclusions： The incidence of peripheral vascular complication after catheter interventional therapy is higher and has a good prognosis after internal medicine conservative management.
