摘　　要：目的:研究苯扎氯铵(BZK)凝胶剂对妇女生殖道感染的预防作用。方法:在服务行业的从业人员中单纯随机抽取育龄健康妇女325名,按随机、双盲、对照的原则分为用药组和对照组,首先进行问卷调查,接着的3个月中用药组妇女每次性生活时使用含BZK的凝胶制剂,对照组妇女则使用不含任何药物的空白凝胶制剂。试验结束时对全体人员进行妇科常规检查和实验室检测,结果用SPSS12.0进行统计分析。结果:用药组153人,衣原体感染率为3.92%;对照组172人,淋球菌、衣原体、阴道毛滴虫、线索细胞和念珠菌的感染率分别为2.91%、2.33%、2.91%、8.72%、1.16%。用药组和对照组妇女生殖道感染差异有统计学意义。结论:BZK凝胶剂对妇女生殖道感染有一定的预防作用。Objective： To evaluate the preventive effectiveness of Benzalkonium Chloride （BZK） gel on reproductive tract infections （ RTIs ）. Methods ： 325 healthy women at child-bearing age were selected and divided randomly into two groups, the medicine group and the control group. Women in medicine.group insisted on using BZK gel before each sexual intercourse for continuous three months while women in control group used only placebo gel. All participants had gynecologic examination, vagina secreta examination. Data was analyzed by SPSS12.0 software. Results： Among 153 cases of the medicine group, the prevalence of Chlamydia was 3.92%. The prevalence of Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Trichomonas vaginalis, trace cells, and Candida among 172 cases of the control group was 2. 91%, 2.33%, 2.91%, 8.72% and 1.16%, respectively. There was significant difference in RTIs between two groups. Conclusion： BZK gel has preventive effect on high -risk women with reproductive tract infections.
