摘　　要：目的 建立高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测EtCh,酸含量的方法，控制健脑补肾丸的质量。方法 采用HPLC法，色谱柱：Prodigy ODS3 C18（250nm×4．6nm，5μm），流动相：乙腈-0．4％磷酸溶液（13：87），检测波长：327nm。结果 绿原酸在202．4～708．4μg间有良好的线性关系（r=0．9989），回收率为99．06％，RSD=1．01％。结论 首次建立的高效液相色谱法测定健脑补肾丸中绿原酸含量的方法简便，快速准确，灵敏度高，适用于健脑补肾丸的质量控制。Objective The HPLC method was established for the ehlorogenic acid quantitative in order to control the quality of Jiannao Bushen Wan. Methods Prodigy ODS3 C18（250 nm×4.6 nm,5μm） ; column temperature：23℃ ; mobile phase： a mixture of acetonitrilel and 0.1% phosphoric acid （ 13： 87） ; flow rate ： 1.0 ml· min^-1 ; detection wavelength ：327 nm ; aliquot injected into the HPLC system ： 10μl. Results The linear range of the chlorogenie acid was 202.4～708.4μg and the recovery of the assay was 99.06% with the RSD = 1.01%. Conclusion This method was found to be simple,rapid, sensitive and accurate for determination of chlorogenie acid in Jiannao Bushen Wan. At the same time, the method can be used to control the quality of Jian-nao Bushen Wan.
