摘 要:目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定甲麻芩苷那敏片中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法 采用Zorbax ODS(250mm×4.6mm.5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇:水:磷酸(47:53:0.2)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长为280nm测定,用回流法提取甲麻芩苷那敏片中黄芩苷。结果 黄芩苷的含量在0.1265~0.6325μg·ml^-1(r=0.9996,n=5)范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为97.28%,RSD为1.81%。结论 该方法操作简便、精密度好,适用于甲麻芩苷那敏片的质量控制。Objective To establish the HPLC method for determination of scutellarin in Jiamaqingannamin Pian. Methods HPLC was performed on Zorbax ODS (250 mm×4.6 ram,5μm) with methanol-water-phosphoric acid (47:53: 0.2) as mobile phase. Flow rate was 1.0 ml ·min^-1 and detecting wavelength was 280 nm. Scutellarin in Jiamaqingannamin Pian was extracted by reflux method . Results The calibration curve for scutellarin was linear in the concentration range of 0. 126 5 -0. 632 5μg·ml^-1( r = 0. 999 6, n = 5). The average recovery was 97.28% with RSD = 1.81%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, repeatable and effective for quality control of Jiamaqingannamin Pian.
