高效液相色谱法测定甲麻芩苷那敏片中黄芩苷的含量

摘　　要：目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定甲麻芩苷那敏片中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法 采用Zorbax ODS（250mm×4．6mm．5μm）色谱柱，以甲醇：水：磷酸（47：53：0．2）为流动相，流速1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长为280nm测定，用回流法提取甲麻芩苷那敏片中黄芩苷。结果 黄芩苷的含量在0．1265～0．6325μg·ml^-1（r=0．9996，n=5）范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为97．28％，RSD为1．81％。结论 该方法操作简便、精密度好，适用于甲麻芩苷那敏片的质量控制。Objective To establish the HPLC method for determination of scutellarin in Jiamaqingannamin Pian. Methods HPLC was performed on Zorbax ODS （250 mm×4.6 ram,5μm） with methanol-water-phosphoric acid （47：53： 0.2） as mobile phase. Flow rate was 1.0 ml ·min^-1 and detecting wavelength was 280 nm. Scutellarin in Jiamaqingannamin Pian was extracted by reflux method . Results The calibration curve for scutellarin was linear in the concentration range of 0. 126 5 -0. 632 5μg·ml^-1（ r = 0. 999 6, n = 5）. The average recovery was 97.28% with RSD = 1.81%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, repeatable and effective for quality control of Jiamaqingannamin Pian.
