童乐口服液的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的探讨童乐口服液对正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响及其解热、抗炎作用。方法正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬实验(吞噬百分率和吞噬指数),大鼠角叉菜胶足爪肿胀法,干酵母致大鼠发热实验。结果童乐口服液提高正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,抑制角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠足肿胀,高剂量组对于酵母所致大鼠发热有解热作用。结论童乐口服液能提高机体非特异性免疫功能,并具有一定的解热、抗炎作用。Objective To study the infuence of Tongle Oral Solution on phagocytic fuction of ceiac macrophages in normal mouse, its antipyretic and antl-inflammatory effects in rats. Methods Phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index of celiac macrophages were investigated in normal mouse, rats paw edema was caused by carrageenin and rat febrll models were induced by injection of dry yeast subcutaneously Results Tongle Oral Solution improved phagocytic fuction of celiac macrophages, inhibited carrgeenin-in- duced rat paw edema, and also reduced fever caused by dry yeast in high dosage group. Conclusion Tongle Oral Solution were shown to promote the non-specific immunity and had some antiDvretic and anti-inflammatory effects.
