摘 要:结合多领域仿真与系统集成优化,将整个设计过程划分为三大步骤,提出一种新的现代车用无刷永磁电机设计理念及设计原则。进一步结合转子结构的应力分析,开展无刷永磁电机的转子结构设计研究,提出IPM无刷永磁电机的一种“V”型转子结构,实际应用于“超越三号”燃料电池轿车牵引电机,有效地提高了电机的高速机械性能并降低了电机的振动和噪声。In this paper, incorporating the simulation in multi- fields with the optimization in system integration and dividing the whole design process into three main procedures, a new design concept and a new design principle are presented for brushless permanent - magnet motors in modern vehicle applications. Studying the design of the rotor structures of hrushless permanent- magnet motors based on the stress analyses to the rotor structures, further presented is a V - type rotor structure for IPM blushless permanent - magnet motors, which is applied in "Exceeding No. 3" fuel -cell vehicle. Effective improvement in mechanical performances at high speed and reduction in vibration and noise of the motor are resulted.
