带状疱疹患病现状的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的调查1995年至2004年间住院患者中带状疱疹的患病现状并进行临床分析。方法对1995年1月至2004年12月间住院带状疱疹患者病历资料进行统计分析。结果645例带状疱疹患者中有原发病290例,有合并症154例,无基础疾病355例。住院患者中带状疱疹患者逐年增多,以60岁以上年龄段为多,且重症带状疱疹人数明显多于其他年龄段。结论带状疱疹患病率呈逐年上升趋势,老年人及有免疫性疾病者发病率高,对有存在高危因素的患者进行早期诊断、早期合理治疗是有效防治措施之一。Objective To investigate and analyze of the distribution of herpes roster in in-patients from 1995 to 2004. Methods The data5 of in-patients with herpes zoster from 1995 to 2004 were statistically analyzed. Results There were 290 primary diseases, 154 complications and 335 without underlying diseases. In-patients with herpes zosrer were increasing year by year. The amount of severe patients over 60 years old were nlore than these of other old group. Conclusions The incidence of herpes zoster are rising year hy year. There is high incidence and complications and more postherperic neuralgia in old man and the people with immune disorder. So early diagnosis and trearment is an effective preventing and treating measure.
