腔镜与小切口开放手术行胆囊切除术的效果比较

摘　　要：目的评价电视腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的临床价值。方法回顾分析腹腔镜胆囊切除62例(A组)及小切口开放性胆囊切除26例(B组)的临床资料,就恢复正常工作时间、手术时间、住院总费用、术后住院总天数、并发症等指标进行比较。结果A组在手术操作时间、术中出血量、术后下床活动时间、术后住院总天数、恢复正常工作时间、并发症方面明显优于B组,差异有显著意义(P<0.01);B组住院总费用略优于A组。结论电视腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)具有创伤小、出血少,术后疼痛轻、恢复快、腹腔干扰少等优点,效果优于小切口开放手术。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of laparoseopic cholecystectomy. Methods The clinical datas of 62 cases（group A） receiving laparoscopic cholecysrectomy and 26 cases（group 13） receiving open small slice cholecystectomy were retrospectively analyzed. Operating time, amount of intestinal function after operation, ambulation and normal activities after operation, the hospital stay and complications were compared between group A and group B. Results In group A,operaring time,the amount of bleeding during operation,the recovery of normal activities after operation and the occurrence of complications were all better than those of in group B（ P 〈0.01 ）, while in group B,operating cost,and the total cost of hospitalization were slighly better than group A. Conclusions Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has the advantages of rapid recovery, less pain, bleed little, belly cavity interfarenee is little and after operation the bowel gtue to connect small. Laparoscopic choleeystectomy needs ahigher skill, but is superior to open small slice cholecystectomy.
