摘  要:目的探讨胆管癌中核因子kB(NFkB)表达及其与微血管形成的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测1997~2003年50例胆管癌组织、27例癌旁组织及9例正常胆管组织的微血管密度(MVD)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和NFkB的表达。结果NFkB在胆管癌和癌旁组织中阳性表达率分别为96.0%(48/50)和100.0%(27/27),高于正常组织44.4%(4/9)(P<0.01);NFkB强阳性表达组MVD高于弱阳性组和阴性组(F=12.662,P<0.01);NFkB表达与MVD、VEGF的表达均呈正相关(rs=0.542、0.660,P<0.01)。结论NFkB在胆管癌中高表达,与微血管形成呈正相关,NFkB可能通过调节VEGF等血管形成相关因子促进微血管形成。Objective To explore the expression of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) and the relationship with angiogenesis in cholangiocarcinoma. Methods Microvessel density (MVD) ,expression of VEGF and NF-κB were investigated in 50 cases of cholangiocarcinoma,27 cases of pars-tumor,and 9 cases of normal bile duct specimens by immunohistochemistry. Results Positive expressive rate of NF-kB in cholangiocarcinoma (48/50) and pars-tumor (27/27) was significant- ly higher than that of normal bile duct tissue (4/9) ( P 〈 0. 05 ). In NF-κB strong positive expression group, MVD was significantly higher than that in NF-κB weak positive group or in NF-κB negative group( F = 12. 662, P 〈0.01 ). Expression of NF-kB was positive relative with MVD ( rs = 0. 542, P 〈 0. 01 ) and VEGF ( rs = 0. 660, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion NF-κB is up-regulated in cholangiocarcinoma and is positive relative with angiogenesis. NF-κB might promote angiogenesis through up-regulating VEGF expression in cholangiocarcinoma.
