摘　　要：结合迅速兴起的B/S架构与G IS技术,建立了一个基于W EBG IS技术的电子地图系统。文章分析了W EBG IS的发展现状、技术背景和特点。介绍了使用M APIN FO系列软件来实现电子地图的关键技术,最后对W EBG IS发展趋势及前沿应用进行了总结。Based on the qulckly-developed B/S framework and GIS technology, an electronic map system based on the WebGIS was built. First, the development technology background and characteristics of WebGIS were analyzed, which provided a technological support for electronic map system. Then, the key technology to use MapInfo Software was introduced. Finally, the prospect and application of WebGIS were also presented.
